To know which frequency is best, you should reflect on what you’re having problems with or what situation you would like to change and find the Frequency Card that best addresses it. Also, you can always send us a message via our contact form to explain your situation, and we’ll be able to help you find the Frequency Card that would be of the most benefit to you.
As an example, you might want to use the Inner Peace Card if you’re struggling with stress. It can help you deal with loss in your life too. Many Leela Quantum Tech customers who use the Inner Peace Card place it underneath their pillows when they sleep at night to help them feel at ease and get a good night’s rest.
We designed the Frequency Cards to be like guides or teachers, meaning you don’t have to use them every single day. The frequency in each card is supposed to give you guidance, insight, and promote better energy flow. By working with the frequency, you can find ways to unblock your energy on your own.
If you’re struggling with a particular issue, you might keep the Frequency Card in your pocket for a while to help you work through that problem. Once you’ve re-balanced yourself, you don’t need to use the card any more. Perhaps, in a few months’ time, you might struggle with that same issue again — which is normal. If this relapse happens, then you can simply start putting the Frequency Card in your pocket or under your pillow again.
It’s possible to wear more than one Frequency Card simultaneously, but we only recommend it conditionally. Each energy card is unique, with a specific focus. For most situations or problems you want to work through, it’s better to focus on just one thing at a time.

Two cards that might not go well together are the H.E.A.L.® Card and the Unity Card.
We generally recommend choosing only one card to work with at first. Only consider adding a second frequency after you’ve adapted to the first one.
Another important thing to keep in mind is that frequencies are different for everyone. A frequency combination that works well for you might not be effective for someone else. That’s why we don’t have a complete list of frequency compatibility and only provide a few recommendations; every person and every situation is different.

In addition to working with the frequencies in the Cards themselves, you can also copy the frequencies to other objects. To do this, you’ll need an Infinity Bloc, Grand Bloc, Travel Bloc, or Quantum Bloc. Here’s how to copy a frequency from a Leela Frequency Card step-by-step. Please note these instructions apply to the Infinity Bloc, Grand Bloc, and Travel Bloc. The frequency copying times for the Quantum Bloc are longer.:
*Don’t put a Frequency Card or metal inside the Blocs for more than a few minutes, cumulatively. Each Bloc has a different time limit:
Keep track of how many seconds you’ve left the piece of aluminum foil in the Bloc in total. When it adds up to 120 or 180 seconds (two or three minutes), depending on which Bloc you’re using, discard it and get a new piece of foil. No, you don’t have to activate the Frequency Cards, they will simply start working once they’re within 4 in (10 cm) to your body. When the card is near you, your body and energetic system will start remembering what an intact flow looks and feels like, and what’s standing in the way of that flow.
Only you can awaken your body’s abilities. The Frequency Cards can provide support, but achieving the actual vitality requires the will and determination from you. The cards are here to help you activate your inner powers. Some frequencies like the Men’s or Women’s Booster or the Nutritional Biobase are less targeted to make you reproduce those frequencies on your own. In general, however, our Frequency Cards mirror your own system and what you can do to get more unity and prosperity.
No, there’s no interference if the cards are touching or stacked together. You can put several of our Frequency Cards together in a purple Quantum Energy Pouchand nothing will happen. The energies don’t transfer or “bleed over” into the other cards. If you want to store them together, for example, you can. We ship them in the Quantum Energy Pouch simply to protect the cards from physical damage during delivery. They’re also useful for storing the cards when you travel and helping contain the frequencies when you don’t want to use them.
