POLICIES Refund, Return & Shipping
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method or, if selected or agreed, LEELA QUANTUM TECH provide a store credit. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 days after processing to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers, if your refund is being issued as LEELA QUANTUM TECH credit, this will show in your email inbox as soon as your refund is processed. We are increasing our return window from 60 days to 90 days for all products except our fashion & clothing line, effective for orders placed from 10/6/20 on. Please note, we do not want our customers to have to worry about return shipping deadlines. Please review detailed terms of our returns + exchanges below.

- RETURNS – Leela Quantum Tech Products (excluding fashion & clothing products)
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any non-fashion item you purchase, we accept returns on any item (other than final sale) that is intact and in as-new condition for a period of 60 days (currently 90 day return period due to Covid). This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material. Specifically, and only for the Leela Quantum Capsule products we also offer a 60 day return period (90 day currently due to Covid) if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval.
- RETURNS – Leela Quantum Tech Fashion & Clothing Products
No returns allowed on any FINAL SALE items, except for if flaws in workmanship are found (as long as the hang tag has not been removed). In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any fashion & clothing item (other than FINAL SALE) that is unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material, or for incorrect size.
All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request your return. You will receive your return instruction by email. Unsuitable items must then be returned within 7 days of receiving your return instruction email. Returns outside this window may be accepted at our discretion.
To ensure your return is covered by our returns policy and does not encounter a delay, items must be returned using the original packaging provided and from the same country to which they were delivered. Items returned from a different country may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs. You can return using any secure means but we may not accept liability.
If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy. You can also choose to receive your refund as a LEELA QUANTUM TECH credit, which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly and seamlessly.
The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all LEELA QUANTUM TECH and designer garment tags still attached if applicable. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact Customer Support immediately.
Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included in your return.
Footwear and socks should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product.
If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information, please contact our Customer Support team.
For orders shipped to the US, Canada, Europe, Switzerland, Hong Kong and Taiwan during special sales offerings, products marked Extra 15% Off (or more than 15% off) cannot be returned or exchanged.
RETURNING FOR A REFUND: PROCESS
Any returned item must be in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund. A store credit will be processed quicker because we do not rely on external parties for store credits.
To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Upon your purchase, you will receive an email at the address you provided confirming your order. After we have shipped your order, you will receive a second email with shipping information. Please allow a few weeks for Priority Mail shipping if you reside outside the US due to possible customs delays.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES, CUSTOMS, AND TAXES
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Luckyleo has no control over these charges, nor can Luckyleo predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
