During his business career, he worked as an executive for several well-known companies, including T-Mobile International and T-Mobile US, where he served as Vice President.

While he’s also a passionate bio- and bio-energy hacker in his personal life, he’s also a kundalini yoga teacher, a father of two, loves dogs, and made it to the top 8 in the Tennis Senior US Nationals when he still participated in tournaments.
Ronald Beauford has over 20 years of experience as a high-level executive in the medical device and holistic markets, specializing in sales, strategy, financial analytics, and business development. He has held leadership roles at renowned companies like Johnson & Johnson, Danaher, and Mindray, overseeing sales teams and managing corporate accounts with over $150 million in annual revenue. In the holistic market, Ronald played a key role in building Intelligent Threads into a global brand with significant growth in direct and retail operations.
A proud Baylor University graduate with a BBA, Ronald also holds an MBA in Supply Chain Operations and completed advanced finance studies at Harvard University. During his four years in active-duty service with the U.S. Air Force, he excelled as an acquisitions and finance officer and was part of the USAF Track Team and All-Military Baseball Team. His service continued in the Texas Military Reserves, where he held leadership roles in search and rescue and personnel operations.
Outside of his career, Ronald is a devoted family man, spending time on his ranch with his wife Monica, son Trip, and daughter Rory. He is passionate about cultural exploration, adventure, and leaving a positive legacy for future generations.

Over the past decade, lan has developed a series of novel therapeutics using Lipofullerenic-Conjugates and holds multiple patents across a host of different scientific disciplines such as nano-medicine and materials science.
Additionally, he holds joint patents with the University of Tulsa, where he previously taught Biochemistry, for viral inhibitors, cancer screening technology, and personalized cell culture media for both laboratory and clinical settings as well as a an antiviral therapeutic for recalcitrant viruses.
lan recently developed the first viable gamma ray shielding system for use on spacecraft and space habitats as well as a carbon negative concrete to inhibit greenhouse gas proliferation.
Ian is the lead scientist at Wizard Sciences, Polymath in Residence at Austin based Ecliptic Capital, and is the scientific advisor for Leela Quantum.
Kia Cunegin is the Director of Operations for Leela Quantum Tech. Before joining Leela Quantum Tech she worked in health care for over 10 years. Kia is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and has a master’s degree in health care administration.
As the traditional medical system is not aligned with her personal and professional values, she left the field in 2021. In addition to her work with Leela Quantum Tech, Kia has a passion for reminding others of the innate power we all possess
Jamie has over 20 years of experience in operations, specializing in strategic and tactical planning, process implementation, and standardization. Her career began in project management at Dell Technologies Inc., a Fortune 500 company, where she spent over a decade managing global projects and earning multiple awards, including Dell’s highest honor (Gold) for developing a database reporting process from scratch. Jamie has also managed a small business and worked extensively in the nonprofit sector, where she honed her expertise in digital design and operations. She has collaborated with diverse teams worldwide and traveled internationally to train others.
Jamie’s passion for digital marketing and design flourished while serving as the Digital Content Director for a startup nonprofit. She was responsible for creating all digital content, including websites, logos, newsletters, social media, graphic design, and graphical standards. Her work spans small e-commerce businesses, large nonprofits, consulting firms, and niche clients seeking to elevate their brand presence.
A proud Alumni and Letterman of Baylor University, Jamie holds a BS in Education with an emphasis in Athletic Training and was a licensed athletic trainer before transitioning to the technology industry. Her love for sports medicine remains a meaningful part of her story, as she has a passion for helping others find the tools to live up to their God-given potential.
Jamie has been married to her husband Jason for over 20 years, and together they have two miracle daughters, Adalina and Isabella. With a background as a PhD candidate in Transportation Management, Olia has developed an understanding of complex systems, research methodologies, and clear communication to achieve the desired results. Her experience as Head of the Research & Science Department and Lecturer at the Ukrainian State University of Science and Technologies shaped her perspective that research and science behind products and technologies have a positive impact on the market.
Beyond her work at Leela Quantum Tech, Olia co-founded Biohackers World Conference & Expo, where she empowers companies to connect with a vibrant global community eager to explore biohacking and wellness.

Todd oversees social media management, influencer partnerships, and helps with educational content for LeelaQ, focusing on expanding brand awareness and fostering community engagement. He curates and executes strategic social media campaigns that highlight LeelaQ’s innovative quantum wellness solutions. Todd also builds and nurtures relationships with influencers, aligning partnerships to amplify the brand’s mission. Additionally, he focuses on educational initiatives to ensure the community understands and connects with the science and benefits behind quantum energy technology.
Phoebe A. Lorica works as the Executive Assistant at Leela Quantum Tech, where her primary responsibilities encompass research, order management, and file organization.
In her role, Phoebe conducts research on various topics, assists in managing orders and procurement processes, and efficiently maintains and organizes company files, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization’s operations.

From a young age, Malira felt a deep desire to explore a dimension of life that she had yet to discover. At the age of 17, she began attending personal development seminars. Alongside her studies in Art History, Psychology, and Communication Science, she expanded her knowledge in systemic work, energetic Feng Shui, and spiritual counseling. In 2006, she established her own coaching business, founded the meditation courses “Sunkissed,” and co-founded the “Moon Women” program. Trigon is the Director of Operations at Leela Quantum Tech Europe. He has been overseeing Leela Quantum Tech’s business since we started operating in Europe. Before joining Leela Quantum Tech, he founded a meditation center in Baden-Baden and he was the Director of Operations for a boutique natural cosmetics company for 10 years.
Roman has completely internalized the energetic principle and the frequencies of all creation levels. With his knowledge about this, he touches the incomplete information that is stored in people, invites them to let go of the old and to engage with the unified vibration of creation and their own true self. This creates an opening to accept and embrace the power over one’s own life.
Roman is a well-known mentalist, coach, energy healer, and he has already trained hundreds of energy healers in Europe. Roman has been featured on various TV, radio and online media channels in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. It’s easy for him to see and transform blockages in humans, locations and animals. Johannes Koller has been clairvoyant since childhood. He is known for his abilities as an energetic and trauma healer and is the esteemed President and Founder of the Harmony Academy. Johannes lives in Austria.
