With more than a decade of experience in healthcare and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Arabica developed deep expertise in leadership, operational systems, and organizational strategy. Her background in healthcare shaped her understanding of human wellbeing and complex systems, ultimately inspiring her to pursue work that more closely aligned with her evolving personal and professional values.
