Leela Quantum Tech Instagram Giveaway – Official Rules [May 2026]
1. Sponsor
This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Leela Quantum Tech (“Sponsor”), located in the United States.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, entrants completely release Instagram from any and all liability related to this Promotion.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of jurisdictions where such promotions are permitted by law who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any entities involved in the administration of the Promotion are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
The giveaway begins when the official giveaway post is published on Instagram and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time (CT) on May 30, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries submitted after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, participants may receive one (1) entry by completing all of the following steps:
- Follow @leelaquantumtech and @quantumupgrade
- Like and save the official giveaway post
- Comment on the giveaway post and:
- Tag one athlete who inspires you; and
- Tag two friends who would love this giveaway
Bonus Entry
Participants may receive one (1) additional bonus entry by:
- Sharing the giveaway post to their Instagram Story during the Promotion Period; and
- Tagging @leelaquantumtech and @quantumupgrade
If a participant’s Instagram account is private, Sponsor may request proof that the Story was shared in order to verify the bonus entry.
Limit one (1) standard entry and one (1) bonus entry per person.
Entries generated by script, macro, bot, automated means, or any other method intended to manipulate the Promotion are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to circumvent these rules or engage in fraudulent activity.
5. Prize Details
Grand Prize (1 Winner)
Secondary Prizes (9 Winners)
Nine (9) winners will each receive one (1) Olympic Capsule, with an ARV of approximately $150 USD each.
The total prize pool value exceeds $2,650 USD.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or prize component with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
Any taxes, duties, customs fees, or other costs associated with receipt or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise required by law.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
On or about May 31, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select ten (10) winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The first winner randomly selected will receive the Leela Athlete’s Bundle. The next nine (9) winners selected will each receive an Olympic Capsule.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified via Instagram direct message, Instagram comment, or another method determined by Sponsor. Winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Potential winners may be required to complete and return eligibility verification forms, liability releases, publicity releases (where permitted by law), and any other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor before a prize is awarded.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules prior to awarding any prize.
7. Additional Prize Requirements
As a condition of receiving certain prizes, winners may be required to complete and sign documents provided by Sponsor, including eligibility verification forms, liability releases, prize acceptance documentation, product-specific agreements, or other documents required by Sponsor.
The winner of the Leela Athlete’s Bundle must sign and return Leela Quantum Tech’s Travel Bloc User Agreement before the Travel Bloc included in the prize package can be shipped, delivered, or otherwise released. Failure to sign and return the required User Agreement within the timeframe specified by Sponsor may result in forfeiture of the Travel Bloc portion of the prize.
If the winner fails or refuses to execute the required User Agreement, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and where permitted by law, to withhold the Travel Bloc, award the Travel Bloc to an alternate winner, substitute the Travel Bloc with an item of equal or greater value, or otherwise administer the prize in a manner consistent with applicable law.
Acceptance of any prize constitutes agreement to comply with all applicable product documentation, instructions, and terms of use provided by Sponsor.
8. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes each winner’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, Instagram handle, likeness, photograph, city and state/province of residence, comments, statements, and prize information for promotional, advertising, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, platform issues, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity, security, fairness, or proper administration of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, acts in a disruptive manner, or engages in fraudulent or unfair practices.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, communications, or technical failures of any kind.
11. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for the administration of the giveaway, winner verification, prize fulfillment, and related promotional activities and will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable privacy practices and policies.
12. Winner List
To request the names of the winners, send a written request to Sponsor within thirty (30) days following the winner announcement date and include “Leela Quantum Tech Giveaway Winner Request” in the subject line or correspondence.
Instagram Disclosure
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing information to Leela Quantum Tech and not to Instagram. Each entrant completely releases Instagram from any and all liability related to this Promotion.
